My EMO arrived today.
The EMO does not charge and turns off when it comes out of the wireless charger. The wireless charger is emitting a good LED. How do i solve this?

When you say the charger shows a good LED - do you mean it is on and not flashing?
How long have you left EMO on the charger for?

it is on and not flashing. I’ve been in the charger for about 12 hours.
EMO is normal on the charger, but it turns off when it comes out of the charger

You can click(but not strong one) emo right foot
