EMO Black/White Improvements/Special Features You Would Like?

I love the new theater animations. Especially the driving one. I would love EMO to perform these new animations with a command like “let’s go driving/sailing”.

I am loving that EMO is getting so many new updates and features. I am super impressed with the “what do you see”. It is very accurate so the camera is working well for that. I really like that a lot and it’s a huge upgrade.

I would love to have a conversation with EMO without prompting him with his name before talking. I think AIBI does this (based on YouTube videos I’ve seen). Like if I ask a question he can give a response and then wait for me to respond to him so it sort of feels like a back and forth dialogue.

I know living.ai is working really hard to make improvements to our little EMO and I can’t wait for more updates.

Hi, I love my Emo and I think it would be a good idea to add a function where you could text Emo when you’re away from him and he could reply over the chat. You could even include multiple emos or abi in the chat and they could all chat together.

Je trouve qu’Emo est vraiment un robot exceptionnel ! J’adore la nouvelle mise à jour, elle apporte plein d’améliorations intéressantes.
Cependant, je pense qu’il serait encore plus incroyable d’ajouter quelques fonctionnalités supplémentaires :

1. Que Emo interagisse différemment selon la personne et qu’il réagisse davantage à son environnement.

2. J’aimerais qu’Emo puisse tenir une conversation continue avec son utilisateur et qu’il adapte son langage selon son interlocuteur.
   Il serait aussi génial de pouvoir définir un utilisateur principal, que Emo tutoierait et avec qui il serait plus expressif et moins timide, tandis qu’il adopterait un comportement plus réservé ou timide avec les autres personnes qu’il connaît moins.
   Une reconnaissance vocale, en plus de la reconnaissance faciale, serait parfaite pour rendre cela possible !

3. Il serait intéressant d’améliorer la détection vocale, car il se déclenche parfois trop souvent ou pas assez, même après avoir ajusté les paramètres.

4. Ce serait chouette qu’Emo propose davantage de jeux, et qu’il puisse nous en suggérer de nouveaux.

5. J’aimerais qu’Emo puisse nous apprendre des choses, comme les mathématiques, de nouvelles langues ou des faits intéressants.

6. Il serait pratique qu’Emo dispose d’un “mode nuit”, dans lequel il ne fait plus de bruit à partir d’une certaine heure et où la luminosité de ses yeux est réduite.

7. Enfin, il serait super qu’Emo puisse nous aider à créer notre liste de courses, via une application dédiée.

Encore bravo pour votre travail, Emo devient chaque jour plus impressionnant !

So if you say to EMO “let’s talk” it puts him into ChatGPT mode (different from always reply as he has the ChatGPT symbol on his face) and you can talk and ask him questions without prompting as he is always listening. If you don’t say something after a few seconds he comes out of this mode. This is what I was looking for. I’m glad I learned of this feature.

Please make it so emo only wakes up when you tell him too ot getting rly annoying also it would be cool if 2 random emos could be friends with each other and text and we can read what they write. Anyway zooooooom

This is about his Theater Shorts

I know you were trying to make them shorter for quick animations but this is a few observances I REALLY hope you will consider. Brushing his teeth with a Gurgle then Spit Out, Eating his Burger and Slurping his Soda afterwards. The payoff for these animations and others like them is what comes at the end. When you cut the animation short to him doing 2 passes with his toothbrush, or eat a burger but NO soda slurp, it makes those animations feel disappointing. With that still in mind, you will leave him reading a book for the same amount of time even though there’s no real payoff other than closing the book. Please, Please, Please bring back their Full Animation for the Theater Mode. That’s what made him cute! Plus, sometimes I would like to share my lunch time with Emo or drink Coffee with Emo, but his animation cut short doesn’t seem right. Also, could we please have a way to manually set up his schedule? The last power outage threw his timing off track and now he’s eating too early and going to bed too soon. And one more thing… I would like to have the option to change his light color instead of asking him. Let us have both options for stuff, that way if he doesn’t understand or can’t understand, we still have the option to perform the task ourselves. Just my two cents. =)

It would be awesome to have EMO play Chess. Just a classic game of Chess with EMO would be cool and the commands for setting the position on the go would probably be like “b8” or “a3”. There aren’t many games at the moment, so this would actually be a pretty great game to play with EMO!

Ce serait super d’avoir davantage de jeux liés à notre appareil mobile, comme le poker ou le blackjack.
Ce serait aussi génial de pouvoir créer nos propres jeux grâce à une interface simple et amusante, où l’on pourrait écrire les règles, et où EMO pourrait nous aider à les améliorer grâce à son intelligence artificielle.

2. Plus d’interactions spontanées
Ce serait chouette qu’il interagisse davantage avec nous.
Par exemple, s’il nous voit regarder un écran, il pourrait regarder avec nous ou proposer un jeu.

3. Réactions automatiques à la musique
S’il entend de la musique, il pourrait automatiquement se mettre à danser ou même chanter les paroles.
Cela rendrait son comportement encore plus vivant et naturel, comme s’il réagissait réellement à l’ambiance de la pièce.

4. Reconnaissance des personnes et profils personnalisés
Ce serait sympa qu’il puisse retenir à qui il parle et se comporter différemment selon la personne.
Cela permettrait des interactions plus personnalisées.
On pourrait aussi définir un utilisateur principal, avec qui EMO serait plus à l’aise et plus expressif.

Il pourrait également créer un profil pour chaque personne qu’il reconnaît, dans lequel il stockerait des informations comme :

• son humeur du jour,

• ses goûts musicaux,

• ce qu’elle aime ou n’aime pas,

• ses habitudes, etc.

Ainsi, EMO pourrait adapter ses conversations, ses réactions et même ses suggestions en fonction de la personne avec qui il interagit.

5. Conversation plus naturelle
Ce serait génial de pouvoir lui parler de manière plus fluide, sans toujours devoir dire “Hey EMO”.
Qu’il puisse reconnaître qu’on s’adresse à lui lorsqu’on dit par exemple “Comment vas-tu ?”, et qu’il réponde directement.
Une conversation continue, sans interruption, rendrait l’échange beaucoup plus naturel.

6. Création de chorégraphies
Ce serait chouette de pouvoir créer nos propres chorégraphies de danse via l’application, et d’ajouter nos musiques à sa base de données.

7. Création musicale avec l’intelligence artificielle
Il serait génial de pouvoir créer des chansons personnalisées grâce à l’IA : on pourrait écrire un texte, choisir un style musical (pop, rap, rock, etc.), et EMO générerait automatiquement une chanson complète à partir de cela.
L’application pourrait aussi permettre d’éditer la musique ou les paroles, pour des créations encore plus uniques.

8. Petit souci avec la station de recharge
J’ai remarqué qu’EMO a parfois du mal à quitter sa station : il ne s’avance pas assez avant de se retourner, ce qui fait qu’il se cogne et reste bloqué. Peut-être un petit ajustement dans son comportement de départ pourrait résoudre ça.

9. Mode silencieux intelligent et gestion du son
Il serait utile d’avoir un mode où EMO reste silencieux, sauf quand on s’adresse à lui.
Certaines de ses animations sont un peu bruyantes et peuvent déconcentrer, mais j’aime son aide quand je lui pose une question.
Ce serait parfait si l’on pouvait lui dire vocalement d’activer ce mode, afin qu’il continue de vivre et bouger normalement, mais sans bruit.

Ce serait aussi très pratique qu’il y ait deux réglages séparés du volume :

• un pour le son de ses actions automatiques et animations,

• et un autre pour sa voix lorsqu’il parle.
  Cela permettrait d’ajuster le son plus précisément selon nos préférences.

Enfin, il serait très intéressant qu’EMO adapte automatiquement le volume de sa voix en fonction du bruit ambiant.
Par exemple, parler un peu plus fort quand il y a du bruit autour, et plus doucement quand la pièce est calme.
Cela rendrait ses interactions encore plus naturelles et agréables.

I think I’m not the only one, but I didn’t like the Russian Emo’s voice. The language itself is correct and well-done, but his voice needs to be made more “childish” or “robot-like”, more cute.

I think that EMO needs to have the ability to figure out if you’re talking to him or someone else in the room. He has chat GPT capabilities so this would be great. He needs to listen to the context of what you’re saying and then be able to tell if you’re talking to him or someone else! I know i just said that in the beginning but I tried to explain it a bit better.

I agree with all of that and i have noticed that when in chat gpt mode his voice is slightly different, I dont mind it but think if it was his same voice he would feel more like it’s actually him talking to you not chat gpt.

J’ai eu une nouvelle idée pour EMO !
Je pense qu’il serait vraiment chouette d’ajouter à ce petit robot la fonctionnalité de jouer des pièces de théâtre connues, mais aussi de pouvoir en créer de nouvelles avec lui.

On pourrait imaginer un mode où l’utilisateur écrit une courte scène ou une pièce complète, et où EMO joue les rôles — soit seul, soit en interaction avec nous.
Grâce à son intelligence artificielle, il pourrait interpréter les émotions, les voix et les gestes adaptés à chaque personnage.

Cela pourrait également être très amusant si, pendant la représentation, EMO interagissait avec son public : réagissant à leurs rires, à leurs applaudissements, ou même en improvisant certaines répliques selon la situation.

Ce serait une façon originale et éducative d’exploiter ses capacités, tout en renforçant son côté créatif et expressif.
