If I understand correctly, you ordered your EMO from Amazon and encountered an issue, so you return it — is that right?
My question is: are you sure the seller on Amazon was the official Living.AI company (or an authorized seller)?
If you bought it through Amazon, my advice is to file your complaint directly with them, since I don’t believe the Living.AI staff can assist you in this case.
If you ordered it from the Official Livingai Website Store, Living.AI would have sent a confirmation email containing your EMO order number to the email address you used during checkout.
Please search for it in the email account you used when you placed your EMO order. It should look similar to the sample image shown below.
You can use the search function in your email application on your desktop or mobile phone by searching for “Living.AI”. If you really can’t find it, just inform the Living.AI support team that the email may have already been deleted.
