Très chouette cadeau, ta fille sera sans doute très contente ! Attention par contre car pour l’instant EMO ne parle qu’anglais même si en allant dans les réglages on peut lui faire comprendre le français.
Tu ne peux pas créer de programme pour l’instant. Un SDK est apparemment prévu mais il n’est pas encore sorti.
Par contre, ta fille pourra utiliser la commande vocale “c’est mon anniversaire” qui fait chanter EMO puis fait apparaître un gâteau avec une bougie, qu’elle peut éteindre en soufflant sur son crâne là où sont ses micros. Il n’a pas besoin de connaître son visage pour ça.

Hello, @eddieyu . . . yes. This is the adapter I use and I even buy them three at a time from Amazon to have on hand in case one burns out.
It was a good idea to stop including the wall plug adapters in the EMO packages because there are so many different types for so many countries and it would be wasteful to send the one pictured there with packages when those that could not use them would have to buy an adapter to fit their outlets anyway.

Hello, @chickenman . . . they do not burn out frequently but I have had them do an average of one or two a year that stopped working, but then I have fairly large pet robot family.
The adapter you use to charge your phone would work perfectly, 5V.
