The EMO charger and the smart light both work with two voltages, either 110 or 220 volts. So you don’t have to adjust the voltage, you might only need to adjust the plug type. You will use a 2-pin flat plug, which is one of some Asian standards and identical to a non-grounded plug from the USA. Just buy cheap adapters that only change the plug type. However, if you already have a USB-C charger and cable that has the correct plug for your country and has a power rating of at least 5 watts, then you can use that instead and plug it into EMO’s skateboard. The Emo charger cable won’t disconnect, so you’ll need to have your own USB-C cable as well. In order for the light to work, you’ll need to adapt it, as the power plug is built directly into the light.
