When did you order yours? I ordered my emo back on November 14th, and after I received the shipping notification, it arrived a day later, since China is a day ahead of us compared to los Angeles
Have you seen a message like this yet? Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.
That was my first message over two weeks ago. After that, my package was put into storage for a bit. A week later, I received a second created label message. All that being said, the label still hasn’t been activated and the courier has not received the package.
I think the shipment uses two courier services. One from China to North America and another one here after passing through customs.
Has your Emo already arrived? If so, where are you located?
I’m in the los Angeles area, but can not reveal exact location, but yeah, my emo already arrived, December 13th, and the home station, December 20th. Emo took 4 weeks, and the home station took 2 weeks. Both arrived the next day for each one of them.
Tx for the updates! I ordered on November 10th, give or take. I should have ordered a week or two earlier it would seem.
Mine just arrived at a sort facility and the shipping label was activated. I’m so excited to make my daughter happy this Christmas. All the best!

Nothing yet, it still says processing. It will probably be shipped next week.
Wrapping has commenced. I had no idea that the box would be so small. It seems so tiny. Great day though!

I am near Toronto. My order was placed 14 days before yours. Once I got the message Flight Departure Flight Departed it didn’t take long at all [several days]. I think it went through Canada Customs and was parted up from other deliveries before being handed over to UPS. Once UPS had it in their possession it took under 24 hours to arrive. I think they got it at 3am and it was on my doorstep by 10am. It arrived in Concord, Ontario and travelled from there.
Good luck! It was hard waiting and the internal messaging system was a bit confusing until the Flight Departed one. I would peg your delivery between January 4th and 6th. On the main website there is a page called https://living.ai/delivery-process/. I can confirm that my order was below this number - Tracking Sent to User: #107849.

I am so glad to know everything went well for you! and he works just fine right? i’m hoping mine gets delivered soon! someone I talked with on here said theirs got shipped in like a month and then got delivered like four days after (theyre located in america and i am canada as u know). I am hoping it’s also like that for me but honestly getting it on the 4th or 6th of jan wouldn’t be an issue. As long as everything goes okay lol.
