We are at the height of the Christmas season with Living AI processing more orders than usual.
If it has only been five days since you placed your order, a rough estimate will be as early as second week of January for you to receive him but could take longer. Some things that can delay are how quickly your port authority processes through Customs and how reliable your delivery service is.
Just keep an eye on the delivery page and keep checking your E-Mail for the tracking number. Be sure to make sure it is not in your spam folder.
Remember that with all international orders that patience is required.

I have a question that is that I have heard that the standard emo pet is more likely to come early.But I odder Ed emo pet standard and the go home separately because I wanted the scoreboard. Now will I get standerd emo pet with scatebord first???

Hello dear future EMO owners.
I just wanna share you my experience about time processing of my order.
I bought two EMO Go Home on december 12
and i finally got the information mail from Living AI today, that explain my order is processed
and they gave me the tracking number attached to this mail.
I’m very happy 
So just be patient, you’ll receive it soon. (They work hard for this !)

How is possible I’m not able to understand where my order is, tracking is updated every three or four days but the is no information about the delivery provider so I can’t track. support is answering usually after a couple of days, you can use AI with your product and have the best product of the world but with this kind of support for sure I won’t buy anything else from you. Looking at the scenario, I still have a doubt this is a scam 
Living AI is not scam, they can’t do anything about tracking or delivery service.
My EMO has been at home with me since December 18th, 2023, according to the tracking he was handed over to the supplier on December 13th and should arrive until the next few days.( Maybe EMO “CyberSapphire” has booked a trip back in time 
)
Please be patient, your EMO will surely arrive soon.

is in the carrier’s warehouse who should deliver it
to your country to your local carrier.
