Campfire.jp scam

I believe there’s lots of other post about this already.
I basically received an email today from CAMPFIRE saying the project has been taken down.
But the refund is only available for people that paid with direct bank transfer only?
I have already paid in full with PayPal back in March, tell me this is not a scam.
Their “Official” website looks dead and everybody is asking about it in the comment section.

There’s also rumors about this whole emoJP is a fake group made by 3 Chinese people to scam.

So anyone would standout and explain to us ?
