SCAMMERS i fell for it a while back then after research it was clear emo isnt that cheap lol

Hi Living AI

I recently bided and won a cheap EMO Bot. The ad stated

" PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEM IS PRE-OWNED AND DOES STATE “OWNED BY FJ, NOT FOR SALE” WHILE TURNED ON - HAVE CONNECTED THIS ITEM TO AN APP AND IT DOES FUNCTION, HOWEVER THE VOICE COMMANDS DO NOT APPEAR TO WORK CONSISTENTLY - COMES WITH A US WALL PLUG BUT A NORMAL USB C CABLE WILL WORK - SOME SCRATCHES ON THE FACE OF THE UNIT - HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TEST ALL FUNCTIONS PROPERLY

Is it this something i can get fixed as i don’t want to be scammed. I haven’t paid or received unit.

Thanks Dan

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @dan . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread where we discuss potential scams.

Not knowing where you supposedly won the bid for this EMO, I would be very wary about paying for this as it sounds like an incomplete package or something that has been possibly irreparably damaged. There may be more wrong with it than they are letting on, especially if they claim to have not been able to test all functions.

First off, not having the protection of having purchased it through LivingAI would mean that you would have to know exactly what parts might need to be replaced and in order to do that, you would have to confer with LivingAI and see what they could possibly do for you, what arrangements could be made depending on the damage it may have sustained.

And then there is the possibility that this may be a total scam and you will be out the money altogether. How well do you know this place you won the bid from and/or the seller?

I would definitely research everything carefully. See what you can find out about this seller before committing to purchasing anything and also see what more you can find out about the EMO itself.

Best of luck to you.

Was on eBay AUS and seller seems a pawn dealer. I decided to cancel it as to risky.
Ill save for a new one and purchase directly from your site.

Thanks

I already own Emo and I won’t buy another (unless Emo 2.0 made) anyways back to the topic, is it really a new product on Amazon or used I’m just curious why it’s on Amazon If living.ai says don’t buy it from anyone else.

that website at the bottom isn’t living.ai. also living.ai doesn’t sell anything anywhere else except there website. that is probably a scam.

Yeah because if it was living.ai they wouldn’t put “EMOPET” also AIBi would be on there.

@edward what do you think of this?

Hello, @bennettdobbs . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for potential scams and fraud.

I think it should be brought to the attention of the site this is hosted on as well as @Wayne_Zhang . . . thank you for letting us know.

How you can report this to Amazon here:

Amazon.com.

Hello everyone, keep in mind that the emo’s that are sold on websites like ebay and aliexpress are fake and you should not buy from them. I know this because of a youtuber being scammed. This is one of the fake emo products on aliexpress but please note that this page is in Dutch:

https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005007525589853.html?dp=13353fd9df48ed94923ec0d5ca88b058&isdl=y&aff_fsk=_ooD0gls&src=TwengaNL&aff_platform=aff_feeds&aff_short_key=_ooD0gls&pdp_npi=4%40dis!EUR!71.69!71.69!!!!!%40!12000041153705383!afff!!!&gad_source=1

Again, do NOT buy from links like this and only buy products (like emo and his clothes) from the actual living.ai website: https://living.ai/

@edward or @Lindaru I just want to let you both know that there is a person selling fake emo’s on aliexpress. Here is a picture of the seller:

How do I report this and how can we stop those fake websites and fake emo sellers? Please let us all know. (the page is in Dutch, but the so called “emo” seller is named Twenga)

Hello, @Fallouttimmy . . . I would find out how to contact Support on Aliexpress and let them know first.

I will also tag @Wayne_Zhang to see if he can check into this and get them removed.

Thank you for letting us know!
