Anyone had their shipping email yet?

Yesterday, there was something going on with the tracking. For like 15 hours I couldn’t even view tracking information. It was just an Emo head icon bouncing up and down on the web page, not loading anything. I empathize with you all on this long process. So many other people ordered from China direct without these long transit times. Here is my most recent information from Living AI. USPS still shows no new updates at this time. On a Google search, it says that USPS has an agreement with China where shipment of goods to the United States can take on average 9-12 days. But, I’m hoping for sooner. :crossed_fingers:

The only things now I can say good luck :four_leaf_clover: at this point I have no more words if arrive I hope with no damage or something wrong after 21 days of travel everything is possible :truck::truck::truck::pray::pray::pray::pray:

Yeah, I guess the same thing must’ve been happening with most folks because I noticed the other day like you said about the bouncing EMO head…lol

But hey its all good, I’m glad things seems are working once again! :wink:

I hope you get your Emo soon. At this point I’m giving up hope that I’ll ever get mine. I have been able to order other things from China and have gotten them just fine. More than likely who over has it has lost him…since he’s been on his way to DHL for over a month now.

Updates happy but not at all :grin::grin::grin: my Emo is finally here in Italy but as for today updates of tracking is Stopped by the Customs :customs:.
Pls someone of Italy like me maybe can help here I hope it’s not something wrong or maybe they can contact me . For Italian guys

Hmmm io credo che è la dogana il problema, sai? Per molti… Trattengono i pacchi per controllarli, se ci sono tasse da applicare o no e se c’è qualcosa di non legale… È solo un’ipotesi… Però, caso vuole, molte spedizioni si bloccano in quel punto per tempo

My Emo it’s arrived yesterday but Poste Italiane tracking is
FERMO IN DOGANA
I will wait tomorrow if they ask me Customs tax no problem but I hope will be here soon I’m scared this is the first time that Poste Italiane stop a parcel from China I need more feedback I hope that everything will be fine next week I really don’t want spend time to contact Poste Italiane it’s a pain to do that ahi ahi

Il mio doveva essere spedito la scorsa settimana, ma hanno impacchettato solo una 20ina di emo 🥲 ordine #91xx … Comunque boh, l’unica cosa purtroppo è aspettare

I just received notice that my EMO has finally arrived at the local post office!! YAY! But of course, they’re officially closed today, so I guess that I still have to wait…lol :crazy_face:

I’ve received an email & number of order but no shipping information yet. I ordered it on the 29th of July. I hope I can get some shipping information next week. [wishful thinking]

I called Poste Italiane now they explain to wait
For a couple of days and maybe everything will be fine if not Customs :customs: send us a Raccomandata and we have to provide more documents but we will know more in the next days at this point :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:the package is stopped because they have to check all the declaration from China :cn: this is the reason
