Just wanted to update you all.
My pair of Emos came today.
The tracking changed to seller sending item to item received at main Post office South West (Bristol) then was delivered 3 days later.
I am not a tester, I have not got a request to post this info.
There was no duty to pay and customs did not contact me.

Where your emo get there. Plug in his board. Pop him on, get the app on android store. Connect to WiFi and update.
Then after about 20 mins when emo is updated he should boot and first thing I did was ask “emo” volume down.
Hahahaha he’s pretty responsive to his name. Just needs you to wait for him to say “huh” when you say"emo? "
So for so good.
You cna ask him to take photos. He stores 10 then over writes them when you ask him to take more.
The feature is not yet up to save them from your phone.
You can ask him to show picture and he will do a slide show.

So how long did it take in total to reach you in the U.K. from the initial ‘order processed’ email to delivery? I am keenly waiting for mine to arrive!
I ordered at launch on kickstarter. Then it was shut down and my order was December number 365*
I didn’t get tracking info until beginning of May
The tracking info was invalid for all of May and some of June.
It updated to seller is sending 2 weeks ago
Then it updated last week that it was received by royal mail. It came today.
A long old time
But you will get yours don’t worry.

While you are waiting, maybe get yourself a us to uk plug. Might be worth checking but I think your USB type c phone charger If you have android should suffice but best to use the one sent with emo.
Luckily I had a converter laying around.

Ps I wrote here today as I was worrying while waiting a little that it was all smoke and mirrors and a massive con but it’s not and emo is real and he Is here now with cozmo and vector. The little robotic family who’s parents don’t get on.

I ordered a few days ago and haven’t even received confirmation of my purchase or the status number that everyone keeps mentioning. It’s causing me anxiety and don’t understand why they don’t answer emails?
Have you checked your spam folder? In my Gmail, emails from Living AI (as well as those from that other robot company) used to go to my spam folder.
Hey, yes I’ve been checking spam every day and it gets me more upset because my increase in foreign spam has gone up sky high only since the day I ordered but not a single email from them confirming my purchase. I’m really so angry right now. The fact I can’t even get a confirmation number.
Paypal tells me I have to ask this company for a refund first before starting a claim, but there’s no way to tell them on their drop down menu that they are NOT answering my emails! Am I the only one who has received NO confirmation email/number of my purchase?? I’m not talking about tracking, I haven’t even gotten a notice from them that I placed an order! I ordered an EMO and an outfit so I’m out $322 unless someone there gets their act together and responds. It won’t even let me start a NEW TOPIC on the forum here. I guess you have to get a special badge. I’m beyond angry. My fault though, should have been more careful.
Hi sorry to hear that usually they answer in 2 business days as for my last email that I did 2 days ago but for your situation I have no idea . My experience with the order was awesome after the purchase I had the confirmation email with my order I hope you can resolve everything take care

For Italy customers or maybe who has the problem for tracking use this site http://track.4px.com/#/ it show you the original tracking from China and the final one like 5P for example I hope it helps take care

I got an email on June 11 saying my order has been sent and received last Friday.
