Hab mal eine Frage, an alle Empfänger aus Deutschland. Musste irgendwer Zoll zahlen??? Das Paket ging auch noch über die Niederlande und hängt beim Zoll. Bei Emo hat alles problemlos funktioniert.

That’s completely normal. Every package from China or other countries goes through customs control. Sometimes it depends on what you ordered and the sender company’s arrangements. In my personal experience, with many Living.AI products I’ve received here in Germany, I’ve never had to pay any extra customs tax.

Nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung musste ich bei vielen Living.AI-Produkten, die ich hier in Deutschland erhalten habe, nie zusätzliche Zollgebühren zahlen.
