I’m struggling to understand why people who have order dates after mine, have had their order shipped and I am still waiting?

Living.ai has just started sending the first batch of order packages to their respective logistics provider, which is responsible for all packages and providing tracking numbers. Once they finish processing each package, they will send the tracking numbers to Living.ai, who will then forward them to individual customers.
Sometimes, Living.ai is waiting for the logistics courier to upload relevant shipping information. After the shipment has been picked up by the courier, the journey will begin, and it is expected to arrive at the recipients within an average of 10-14 days. Of course, this also depends on the reliability of your country’s local postal/package service or courier service.
What is a courier?
A courier is a person or company that delivers parcels or consignments from one place to another, whereas a delivery service is a broad term that encompasses all types of companies that deliver different types of goods.
Kindly check your inbox from time to time, and also your spam folder.

I ordered the very day that we could, my order number is 82XXX, wow I’m guessing that their order sequence is an over all number which includes Emo and not just AiBi? My order still shows processing but I’m hopeful that I, like others who ordered very quickly will get their shipping info.

Regrettably… What we all see right now on Delivery process of EMO are the total numbers of complete Order sent to Courier and Tracking Sent to User since the beginning.
Living.AI has already mentioned and promised that they will gonna change the counting system, especially for AIBI, but no one knows how or when it will be implemented.

Hello, @LadyM . . . I also ordered within the first day and my own #82XXX shows as still processing. I continue to remain confident that this will change and it will change to shipped and receive a tracking number.

I ordered in January I wonder if I made it in the first batch? They asked me to confirm my address and they said I was going to get my tracking this week I never did

Hmm…I can only guess and provide my own personal calculation, hoping it’s correct, that you will probably receive your AIBI order either at the end of this month or early next month.
AFAICT…
if Living.AI’s official calculation info is correct, about all orders placed in the month of May are part of the 5th Batch and it is expected to be processed and shipped within 2 months, then you or everyone have a great chance of getting their orders earlier. Of course, the specific details are subject to the actual delivery from the factory and also depend on the reliability of your country’s local postal/package service or courier service.

From what I can see on Facebook posts early #826xx has been shipped I am #829xx so still 400 in front of me…waiting patiently.
It would be great if @LivingAI put a counter for Aibi like what we have for Emo orders.
