Thank you for the input, @Lindaru and @jessicacollins. I reached out to the company via social media and received a response similar to yours, Jessica. However, their reply was somewhat vague, so I’m still awaiting a more detailed answer.
To provide some context, I have owned a couple of Vectors since their founder company was still producing them in 2019/2020. I’ve always been passionate about personal robots, and Aibi, unlike Emo, has particularly piqued my interest. I’m excited to experience the interactive and engaging presence that Aibi promises to bring to my home, based on what Living.ai has briefly showcased.

Does anyone remember until which number of orders where under the first 1000 for AIBI first Batch? I was in the first half of 83XXX and am wondering if i made it into the first batch
I odered AIBI on the 16th of December.
I just saw someone in the Facebook group posted he received his shipping number!
Anyone here received theirs too? I haven’t!
And yes AIBI app is not available in the appstore yet hmmm…

If you are referring to Wayne Small, who posted that Facebook info, he is not working directly at living.ai. He is one of the Alpha Testers and an inactive Pioneer Volunteer Moderator also here.
Ok so, he is not a « normal » customer.
So is there someone else who is not link to Living AI who received his shipping number?
And as I said before, the App is still not available…
