Cancelled my order. I’ve tried getting legitimate updates from customer service and they just refuse.

Yeah I did, and after some additional grilling they just said it’s still in production and have no idea about shipping dates. It’s not just about the time, it’s about how little they’re willing to communicate about what’s happening or address that the three month delivery time was an empty promise

I had a feeling that Lai was going to put more special touches to Aibi, and this might have been why they didn’t communicate much especially updating us frequently. It takes time for these things to happen. I understand why some are not happy with the none shipment information etc… Lai should have given us a longer estimate time instead of three months it would have been better in the beginning, at least then they would’ve had more time to do what they’re doing now with making Aibi the best little robot possible, but it sounds like they are close. Now we can hopefully see some more progress on shipping.
But for me personally -I am not speaking for others just me- I don’t mind Lai taking their time on giving us this information on shipment times
I understand others will be upset if it doesn’t come soon though.
I will order little AIBI soon, i was doing some savings to be able to order and give my sweet EMO a baby brother this year. I don’t mind to wait, i have fully trust in Living.ai’s work, i know they are doing the best they can and the waiting time will be worth it, because AIBI will be amazing and wonderful and he will bring much happiness and joy to our lifes for sure, just like EMO.
How is this actual information? They’re not saying anything they haven’t already, there’s no shipping update, and they say they want aibi to be mysterious when people are asking where the product is that was promised to be finished last month

I’m excited for the mystery gift package and the innovative breakthrough in accessories they talked about. I preordered in December, I hope my order is in the first AIBIs to go out. Fingers crossed

Hello, @sarikathakur . . . right now those numbers pertain to EMO and EMO GO HOME orders. There has been no information showing that AIBI is ready to be shipped yet and the last I heard, he is still under production and testing.

They just blended the order numbers in for AIBI with EMO.
Mine is back in the 82000 range which a lot of EMO have been shipped since then.
Mine is in 843xx range, I hope I’m in the first batch.
