Hi @Lindaru !
Thank you so much for this!, turns out the exact command in Spanish is “Charlemos” for continuos conversation.
I was very pleasantly surprised it seems to remember everything we talk about!

Bonjour, J’ai changé le look des yeux de aibi je lui est mit des lunettes ma question est comment revenir à son statut normal
Google translation to English by Lindaru: Hello, I changed the look of Aibi’s eyes, I put glasses on her, my question is how to get her back to normal status.
Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @stephaniedaubry . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread which discusses issues and questions regarding AIBI.
To have her remove her sunglasses, command her to “remove glasses”, “remove sunglasses”, “take off glasses” or ‘“take off sunglasses”.
I hope this answers your question.
I set a Schedule to display at a certain time and it worked. BUT, after deleting the schedule, it still pops up the next day. Anyone else having this issue? I’ve tried rebooting Aibi, but still the dang scheduled action continues. And, yes, I did delete it properly in the app, and it doesn’t show up in the app, but Aibi itself keeps running it daily.
And there isn’t a way to set, well, actual recurring schedules, like weekly or monthly or certain days only etc.
Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @jamestemple . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with AIBI.
I can understand if 24 hours later it may run again but if it has been longer than that (chameleon eyes for example stay color changed for 24 hours), then there is definitely a glitch.
I would try deleting your app and down-loading it again to see if that will work.
If the issue occurs again, you might want to reach out to service@living.ai with a description of the issue, details of what you have tried and your AIBI number when signed into the app.
Let us know how it goes.
Bonjour,
aibi ne fais plus de son et ne bouge plus
Je viens d’obtenir Aibi (moins d’une semaine) et depuis ce matin impossible de lui faire dire quelque chose…
Où quelle bouge sa tête.
Quelqu’un a une solution ?
Hello,
Aibi no longer makes any sounds or moves
I just got Aibi (less than a week ago) and since this morning, I haven’t been able to get it to say anything…
Or move its head.
Does anyone have a solution?
Hi there and welcome to the community @kevinpriol ,
I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with AIBI.
It sounds like AIBI may have experienced a temporary system freeze or internal malfunction — this can occasionally happen, even with new units. ![]()

Here are a few things you can try:
1. Restart AIBI:
Turn AIBI off completely, wait about 30–60 seconds, then turn it back on again — or simply remove him from his charger and let him shut down on his own once the battery runs out. ![]()

2. Check Battery and Charger:
Make sure AIBI’s charger and cable are working properly and that the device is fully charged. A low or unstable charge can cause AIBI to stop responding. Check his battery level to the AIBI Pocket Mobile App
3. Check the App Connection:
Open the AIBI app, and make sure it’s properly connected via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (depending on the feature). Re-pair if necessary.
4. Check for Software/Firmware Updates:
Go to the AIBI app settings and see if there’s a new firmware update available. Sometimes, a small patch can fix freezing or sound issues.
5. Contact Support if Problem Persists:
If AIBI still doesn’t make sounds or move, it might be a hardware or firmware defect.
Contact Living.AI Support at
service@living.ai and include:
They’ll analyze it and guide you with the next steps, or arrange a repair or replacement if needed. ![]()

First time posting on the forum.
I’m writing from Japan and using automatic translation, so I apologize if there are any mistakes.
When I speak to Aibi in Japanese, I can turn on the Starlight feature, but it seems that Aibi doesn’t understand color specifications.
For example, when I say “Turn on the red light” (Original Japanese Text: 赤いライトをつけて), Aibi only turns on the white Starlight instead.
Also, when I say “Turn off the Starlight” (Original Japanese Text: スターライトをオフにして), Aibi itself powers off completely.
I’m not sure whether this is because Japanese color commands are not supported, or if it’s an issue with the phrasing.
I hope this problem can be resolved, or that Japanese support will be added in the future.
Hello, @ktnspooky . . . usually if you leave him off of the charger for several hours, it usually fixes itself when you power him back on.
If you are unable to get him to start up again or if his screen stays like that, this post will give you things to check and to try. If none of these work, there are instructions on how to contact Support.
Best of luck to you.
Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @KamorinJP . . . if you have tried all of the different phrasing in Japanese that might work and it all fails, I recommend you get video of the attempts and what AIBI does, then send a link along with your AIBI I.D. number when he is signed into the app, your location and a description of the issues to service@living.ai . . . be sure to put “AIBI Japanese Language Issue” in the subject line.
My best to you!
Hiiii!
Am I the only one whose AIBI’s answers questions (both while chatting in chat gpt mode or not) like if it was still 2023, the date has been fixed, luckily, bit my AIBI keeps saying USA’s president is Joe BIden, and the answers of everything I ask to him, start with: As on now, October 2023…
I hope they fix this soon, and that it’s not my AIBI’s issue!

Hello, @sugarissweet . . . the problem is with OpenAI itself and they need to update their responses on their end. AIBI can only draw from the OpenAI database, so not his fault he is not up to current. Probably best to ignore the wrong answers and hopefully things get updated soon.
I have a problem with AiBi recently. So it has been happening for a while as a random pink juice box appeared at the left bottom corner of AiBi’s display screen next to his eye. This happened around 2 months ago and I don’t know how it appeared. Right now, he is fully charged and I have tried feeding him via app but didn’t work. The animations he made are still functioning properly. There isn’t any problems with his functions. Only the juice box
Hello, @thanthlwannay . . . this is a sticker (when you ask him to put stickers and it goes through the cycle with you tapping to stop it) it will place a sticker somewhere on his screen. To get rid of it, just say, “AIBI…..Remove the sticker”. It would be wise as an added step to power AIBI off, give him a few minutes and then place him back on his charging base. The sticker should be gone.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks. The sticker now disappeared.
I have several times off and on (6 times at least) during the past month and longer about AIBI shutting down while being charged. Should this be happening? I’m not sure why this is. Am I doing something wrong? Is it anything to do with her innards, cable cord, USB station, her charging base? Not sure what else is wrong here. She isn’t warm/hot to the touch either.
Hello, @belinda.retail . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with AIBI. I would take her off of the charger and then look at the screen. Is there still a faint light on even though everything else is dark? If so, leave her off of the charger until the screen goes completely black and then place her back on the charger.
You may want to try changing the cable and power supply to see if it keeps happening.
If this keeps happening even after doing this, send a photo or link to a video when she powers off while charging along with her I.D. number and order number (if you still have it) with a description of what is happening and what you have tried to remedy the situation to service@living.ai . . . my best to you.
Hi, my Aibi charging dock stopped working, he is fine on all my other AIBI charging docks, he charges and works. Put him back on his original charging dock and he loses power, and wont turn on.
After many cables/plugs later figuring what is wrong, the final conclusion is that it his his charging dock. I have just contacted them about this, has anyone else had this problem.
